Lil Ninja classes are the building blocks of athleticism in preschoolers. Classes include the development of coordination and confidence, all while having fun and learning awesome ninja moves! 

Say hello to Lil Ninja—our exciting new co-ed program at Hop, Skip, & Flip! This action-packed class is a blend of gymnastics, parkour, tricking, and warrior style training—designed to build strength, confidence, and coordination in a super fun and safe environment. Perfect for preschoolers of all skill levels and abilities, Lil Ninja is a place where every child can shine! Whether your little one is bouncing off the walls or just beginning to explore movement, our coaches are trained to adapt to each child’s unique needs.

Classes are 45 minutes long, held once a week, and cost just $85/month. You’ll pick a set day and time that works best for your schedule—and if you ever need to make a change, we’re happy to help!

All Lil Ninjas wear a special uniform that makes them look and feel like the real deal. More than just a t-shirt—it’s a badge of pride, unity, and responsibility. Wearing the uniform helps kids feel part of something special, and they’ll be ready to take on any obstacle (inside or outside the gym) with confidence and enthusiasm!
