GYMNASTICS & TUMBLING CLASSES
We tailor our classes to each age group.
PARENT AND CHILD CLASS
(WALKER AND UP)
45-minute Class
Each child is required to have an adult participating with them in class. This time is for you and your child to continue to bond while having fun in a safe environment and making friends along the way. The class is set up in “stations” which include floor exercise, bars, vault, balance beam, trampoline and a whole lot more!
PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
(AGES 3-5)
45-minute Class
This class is a great way to prepare your child for preschool or enhance their skills if they are already in preschool. We work on flexibility, strength and balance through basic gymnastics skills. We help develop social skills by learning to listen and follow instruction and direction, taking turns, and making friends along the way. The class is set up in “stations” which include floor exercise, bars, vault, balance beam, trampoline and a whole lot more!
SCHOOL AGE GYMNASTICS
(AGES 5-7) AND (AGES 8 AND UP)
1-hour Class
We work on all elements of gymnastics and tumbling. We build strong basic skills which allows for easier progression to more advanced skills. We include the Vault, Bars, Beam and floor exercise along with Trampoline and Tumble Trak. We also include strength and flexibility which is vital for safe gymnastics and injury prevention.
TUMBLING CLASS
(AGES 5 AND UP)
1-hour Class
This class focuses on developing strong basic tumbling skills that lead into more advanced skills. We use the Trampoline and Tumble Trak to help advance our skills that we perform on the floor exercise. From cartwheels to back handspring series, the goal of this class is to develop, improve, then master tumbling skills through proper progressions and proper technique.
